TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
2 c. flour
3 medium eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream
2 sticks butter
1 c. water
4 tbsp. cocoa

Icing:

1 stick butter
6 tbsp. milk
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 lb. powdered sugar

Use a cookie sheet with sides or jelly roll pan. Mix together eggs and sour cream. Combine flour, baking soda, sugar and salt. Add to egg mixture. Mix 2 sticks butter, 1 c. water and 4 Tbsp. cocoa. Add to other ingredients. Mix until smooth. Pour into greased and floured cookie sheet.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Ice while warm.

Icing: Put in saucepan and bring to boil: 1 stick butter, milk and 4 Tbsp. cocoa. In mixing bowl put powdered sugar. Add hot mixture and mix until smooth. Ice cake.
