TEXAS CHOCOLATE SHEET CAKE 
2 c. sifted flour
2 c. sugar
2 sticks Blue Bonnet butter
3 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
3 1/2 tsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 box powdered sugar

Mix flour and sugar in large bowl; set aside. Heat 2 sticks butter, then add 3 1/2 tablespoons cocoa and 1 cup water; add to flour and sugar mixture. Beat 2 eggs, 1/2 cup buttermilk, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon vanilla; mix well. Bake in cookie sheet with sides for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. While cake is baking sift 1 box powdered sugar, melt 1 stick butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 cup nuts, 3 1/2 teaspoons cocoa, 6 tablespoons milk; mix well. Spread over hot cake.
