CHOCOLATE CHIP MANDEL BROT 
3 eggs
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
Dash of salt
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. coconut
3/4 c. chocolate chips
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar

Cream eggs and sugar. Alternate juice and flour. Oil baking sheets (2) and dust with flour. Add chips and nuts last by hand. Make 4 to 5 strips, about 5 inches wide. Dust with flour. Bake 30 or 35 minutes at 350 degrees. After 20 minutes take out and slice on angle. Return to oven 10 more minutes.
