CRANBERRY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. unsalted butter, softened
2 lg. eggs
3/4 tsp. vanilla
12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 c. cranberries, coarsely chopped
2 tsp. grated orange peel

In large bowl, combine flour and soda. In medium bowl, beat sugars and butter. Then beat in eggs and vanilla, mixing well. Add to flour mixture. Fold in chocolate chips, cranberries, and orange peel. Drop on lightly greased cookie sheet, using 2 tablespoons dough per cookie. Bake 10-15 minutes (or until lightly browned) at 375 degrees. Makes 35 cookies.
