CRUNCHY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
3 1/2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking soda
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. corn flakes
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 tsp. salt
2 sticks butter
1 c. white sugar
1 tbsp. milk or orange juice
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. quick oats

Sift flour, baking soda and salt together. Beat together butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg, milk, vanilla and oil. Stir in flour mixture, corn flakes, chocolate chips. Drop by heaping teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet approximately 2" apart. Heat oven to 350 degrees, cook 12 minutes until golden brown.
