MOM PEARL'S BRAN MUFFIN MIX 
3 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter, at room temperature
4 eggs
4 c. All Bran
5 c. plain flour
1 qt. buttermilk
5 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chopped dates

Mix all ingredients and put in a 1 gallon container. Will keep 4-6 weeks in refrigerator.

When ready to use, do not stir mix, grease muffin tins and pour mix into tin. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. You can half the recipe.
