BRAN MUFFIN MIX 
2 c. boiling water
2 c. Nabisco 100% Bran
4 c. Kellogg's All Bran
1 c. Crisco
3 c. white sugar
4 eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
3 c. flour
5 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Mix water and Nabisco Bran. Let soften.

Cream shortening, sugar, eggs and buttermilk. Add softened bran. Add flour, soda, salt. Fold in All Bran until moistened. Bake 375 degrees 20-25 minutes. Keeps 6 weeks in refrigerator.
