BRAN MUFFIN MIX | |
15 oz. box Raisin bran cereal 1 qt. buttermilk 1 c. vegetable oil 2 1/2 c. sugar 4 eggs, slightly beaten 5 c. sifted flour 5 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. salt In large mixing bowl, mix cereal, buttermilk, vegetable oil, sugar and eggs. Sift last 3 ingredients and stir into cereal mixture. Cover and refrigerate 6 hours before using. Bake in muffin tin with papers filled 2/3 full. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Makes 6 dozen. Keeps 6 weeks. |
