2 lbs. ground beef 1 sm. onion 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can Rotel tomatoes and green chiles 1 can milk Chips Cheese Brown ground beef and onion; drain fat. Stir in cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soups, then add Rotel tomatoes and green chiles. Pour milk into an empty can and add to the mixture. Heat until bubbling. Put chips in the bottom of a 9 x 12 pan and pour the mixture over them. Add cheese slices and bake in a 350 degree oven until cheese is melted. |
