BISQUICK FRUIT PIZZA 
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. whipping cream (chilled)
1 pt. strawberries
7 apricots, peeled & cut in halves
1 c. blueberries or other combinations of fresh fruits
1/2 c. apple jelly or strawberry glaze

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix baking mix and 1/4 cup sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Press firmly and evenly on bottom and up side of ungreased 12 inch pizza pan. Bake until light brown for 12-15 minutes.

Beat cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar and the vanilla in small bowl on low speed until smooth. Add whipping cream. Beat on medium speed until stiff peaks form. Spread over crust to within 1/4 inch of edge. Arrange fruits in circle on top. Heat jelly in saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted; brush over fruits. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. 12-14 servings.
