MUFFIN MIX 
1 (15 oz.) box Post Raisin Bran cereal
3 c. sugar
5 c. plain flour
5 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
4 beaten eggs
1 c. Wesson oil
1 qt. buttermilk

Mix dry ingredients; add eggs, oil, and buttermilk. Store in covered container in refrigerator and use as required. Batter will keep 6 weeks. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 7 to 8 dozen.
