MUFFIN MIX | |
1 c. whole wheat flour 1 c. white flour 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda or 5 level tsp. or baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 2 c. milk or buttermilk 1/2 c. honey or 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. oil 2 beaten eggs 4 c. raisin bran 1/2 c. raisins, if desired Mix or sift flour, soda, or baking powder and salt together; set aside. Mix all other ingredients together, then add flour mixture to them. Beat well. Grease muffin pans well and fill 3/4 full of muffin mix. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from pans. (This mixture can be kept in the refrigerator and baked when needed for a few days.) |
