BIG BOY STRAWBERRY PIE 
4 c. fresh strawberries (wash & set aside)
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 sm. pkg. strawberry Jello
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water

Combine sugar and 1 cup water, bring to a boil. Stir in paste of cornstarch and 1/2 cup of water. Boil gently until clear and thick, about 5 minutes. Stir in Jello. Cool a little. Fold in fresh berries and pour into baked shell. Raspberries and Jello can also be used. For softer filling use only 1/2 package of Jello.
