1 egg
1 c. oil
1 pt. cider vinegar
4 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. pepper
10 chicken halves, cut up

Beat egg. Add remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken. Marinate 1/2 to 1 hour. Cook over BBQ. Turn and baste every 8 minutes until done (35 to 50 minutes, depending upon coals).
