PORK AND RICE A L'ORANGE 
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. instant rice
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. raisins
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
2 pork chops, cut 1/2 inch thick

Shake flour in 20 x 14 inch oven roasting bag to coat sides of bag. Place in 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish. In bag, mix rice, orange juice, water, raisins, sugar, salt and cinnamon. Sprinkle chops with a little salt, pepper and paprika. Place chops atop mixture in bag. Close bag securely with rubber band or string. Prick top of bag in several places with fork. Micro - cook 8 to 9 minutes giving dish a half turn after 5 minutes. Serves 2.
