CHICKEN WITH ORANGE RICE 
2 tsp. curry powder
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 to 3/4 c. flour

Place in plastic bag.

6 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
1 1/2 c. orange juice
3/4 c. water
1 c. UNCLE BEN'S® plain rice
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. mustard
Chopped parsley for garnish
1 can drained chopped mushrooms for garnish

Shake chicken breasts in plastic bag of seasonings. In electric skillet or frying pan, combine orange juice, rice, water, brown sugar, mustard and salt. Mix well.

Arrange chicken pieces over rice and bring to boil. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat. Garnish with parsley and mushrooms. Let stand covered for 5 minutes. Serves 6 people.
