CHICKEN WITH ORANGE NUT RICE 
8 pieces chicken
2 1/2 c. instant rice
1 c. orange juice
1 1/2 c. water
3 tsp. pecans
1 1/2 tsp. minced onions (instant)
3 tbsp. butter, cut in pieces
1 pkg. Shake & Bake
Salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients except chicken in bottom of shallow baking dish, dotting butter pieces on top. Arrange chicken on top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cover with foil and continue baking for about 30 minutes longer or until rice is browned.
