ORANGE CHICKEN IN BROWN RICE 
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. sugar, packed
1/8 tsp. salt
2 1/2-3 lbs. chicken
4 c. cooked rice, brown or long grain
1 med. onion, chopped
1 green pepper onion, chopped
1 jar mushrooms, drained
1/4 c. white wine or apple juice

1. Cook rice according to directions; set aside.

2. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Put oil and butter in 13 x 9 inch baking pan and melt in oven.

3. Mix together flour, paprika, salt and pepper and coat chicken.

Put chicken skin side down in dish and cook 30 minutes. Remove chicken and drain fat.

Spread rice evenly in dish. Add green pepper, onions and mushrooms. Add chicken. Mix rest of ingredients and pour over all. Cover and bake another 30 minutes.
