RICE/CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 c. rice (regular)
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. water
1 can mushroom soup
1 pkg. onion soup mix
Chicken pieces, for 4 servings
Dash paprika

Mix first 4 ingredients in a casserole dish. Sprinkle 1/2 onion mix over it. Place chicken pieces on top. Sprinkle on remaining onion mix, also a little paprika. Cover tightly with foil and bake in 325 degree oven for 2 hours. Needs no checking.
