CHINESE CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 c. cooked minute rice
4 chicken breasts, cooked & cut in sm. pieces
1 c. cooked celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. chopped onion
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 pkg. sliced almonds

Mix all ingredients above and put in buttered casserole dish. Mix 3 cups crushed corn flakes and 3/4 stick melted butter. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
