CHINESE NOODLE CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
Spray 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan with Pam. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 sm. can evaporated milk 1 sm. can mushrooms 1 1/2 c. chopped cooked chilies (left over or canned) 1 c. frozen peas and carrots 1/2 c. grated or diced onions 1 (6 oz.) can Chinese noodles Mix all this together and pour half into prepared pan - top with noodles and pour remaining soup mixture over top of noodles. Bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees. Optional: celery flakes, parsley flakes and (or) 1/2 cup grated cheese. |
