CHINESE CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
6 chicken breasts, boned after boiling with some green onion, salt and pepper 1 c. chopped green onion 2 sm. cans Chinese noodles (chow mein noodles) 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 c. mayonnaise 1 can sliced water chestnuts 2 c. sliced celery 1 c. slivered almonds Mix all ingredients together. Can be done in advance except for noodles which become soggy. Sprinkle some of the almonds and noodles over the top and bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. |
