CHINESE CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
8 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up 3 c. chopped celery 1 lg. onion, chopped 6 cans cream of chicken soup 1 1/2 tsp. curry powder 6 tsp. lemon juice 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise 3 cans Chinese noodles 3 cans water chestnuts, sliced 2 cans cashews 3 cans chop suey vegetables, drained Mix all together and cover with crushed potato chops. Bake in buttered casserole or roaster pan at 350 degree for 45-60 minutes. These proportions are for 35. If making ahead, leave cashews out until last. |
