CHINESE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground meat
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 sm. onion, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1 can mushroom soup
1 can chicken and rice soup
1 can Chow Mein noodles

Brown meat. Add onion, celery, salt, and pepper. Add remainder of ingredients, except 1/4 can of noodles. Sprinkle the 1/4 can on top of the casserole; cover and cook 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
