CHINESE STEW | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 stalk celery, thinly sliced 1 lb. can potatoes, drained 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 lb. can carrots, drained 10 3/4 oz. can undiluted vegetable soup Chow mein noodles Brown ground beef, onion and celery. Drain fat, add vegetables and soup. Simmer until celery is tender. Serve over chow mein noodles. Serves 4. |
