CHINESE CASSEROLE DISH 
1 can peas
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of vegetable soup
1 lb. hamburger
1 c. raw rice
3 c. water
Dash of salt

Bring 3 cups of water to boil. Add 1 cup of rice and cook to well done. Add salt. Fry hamburger. Place hamburger in bottom of dish then place cooked rice on top. Pour 1 can cream of celery soup on top of rice and add 1/2 cup water. Add 1 can of peas, 1 can cream of vegetable soup and 1/4 cup of water.

Place in oven at 400 degrees. Cook until warm all through and serve on top of chow mein noodles.
