CHINESE VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 cans Veg-all mixed vegetables
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can water chestnuts, thinly sliced or chopped

TOPPING:

1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted

Mix all ingredients (except topping) in 9"x13" dish. Top with topping. bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Delicious and easy.
