CHINESE CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
1 (16 oz.) can chicken broth 3 (16 oz.) cans Campbell's cream of chicken soup 1 lg. can Chinese vegetables 3 c. white rice, cooked 3 c. cooked chicken, cubed 1/2 c. chives (optional) Simmer canned ingredients for 1/2 hour. Add cooked chicken and simmer for additional 15 minutes. Serve over white rice. Top with chives (optional). |
