BEER AND ONION BURGERS 
8 oz. ground beef
1/4 c. beer
1 tsp. seasoned salt
2 kaiser rolls split
2 tbsp. butter
1 sm. onion, sliced, separated in rings
1/4 c. beer
1 tbsp. steak sauce
1/4 tsp. dried leaf basil
1/4 tsp. dried leaf thyme
Lettuce and tomato slices if desired

In medium bowl, mix beef, 1/4 cup beer and seasoned salt. Shape into 2 patties. cook patties in medium skillet over medium heat about 15 minutes until done as desired, turning frequently. Place on bottom half of rolls.
