GRILLED CORN-ON-THE-COB WITH
HUSKS
 
corn
3/4 c. butter, softened
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 1/2 tsp. oregano, basil, marjoram and thyme
1/2 tsp. sugar
pepper and salt

Cream together butter, garlic, oregano, basil, marjoram, thyme, sugar and salt and pepper.

Peel back husks and silk corn. Do not tear them off. Soak corn in ice water for 15 minutes. Drain and pat dry. Rub corn with butter mixture. Place back the husks. Grill 20 minutes on each side.
