CUCUMBER RELISH 
Grind:

12 slender cucumbers
6 lg. onions
3 or 4 red sweet peppers
6 or 8 green peppers
1/2 c. salt

Let stand 2 hours - drain well.

Then add:

1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
3 c. sugar
3 c. vinegar

Cook until thick but not dry. Seal hot.
