BESSIE'S CUCUMBER RELISH 
4 c. ground cucumbers
4 lg. onions, ground
4 green peppers, ground
1 red pepper, ground
1 tbsp. salt

Mix together and let stand 2 hours, then drain well discarding liquid. Then add to the drained vegetables. 4 tsp. celery seed 2 tsp. turmeric 1 tsp. salt 4 c. vinegar 4 c. white sugar

Cook slowly for 1 hour. Put into hot sterilized jars and seal. Makes 5 pints.
