ROTINI SALAD 
1 pkg. rotini macaroni, cooked
1 green pepper, diced
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 carrots, shredded
1 c. celery, chopped

DRESSING:

1/2 c. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 can Eagle Brand milk
1 c. Miracle Whip

Cook macaroni; rinse in cold water until cool. Add other ingredients. Add dressing. Chill 4 hours. Keeps for several days in refrigerator.
