ROTINI SALAD 
1/2 of 1 lb. pkg. rotini, uncooked
1 c. red pepper, cut in strips
1 c. green pepper, cut in strips
1/2 sm. red onion, chopped
1 pkg. frozen snow peas, thawed 1/3 c. cashews
1/2 c. oil (peanut oil is best)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced

Prepare rotini as package directs. Drain. Add next five ingredients.

In small bowl blend oil, lemon juice, soy sauce and garlic. Toss with rotini mixture. Chill. Serves 4-6.
