ROTINI SALAD 
1/2 lb. rotini, uncooked
1 c. mushrooms
1 c. sliced pepperoni
1/2 c. julienne cheddar cheese strips
1/2 c. sliced pitted olives
3 onions, sliced
1/2 c. olive oil
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Prepare rotini according to package. Drain. Combine rotini and next 5 ingredients. Blend olive oil, vinegar, Italian seasoning, garlic, salt and pepper. Toss with salad mixture. Serve immediately or cover and chill.
