4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. nuts
1 can chocolate syrup

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes in 11x13-inch pan. After baked, put 1 package miniature marshmallows over it; cover with foil until they are melted. Let cool before frosting.

Frosting:

1 1/2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. milk

Boil 30 seconds. Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Mix until thick. Spread over marshmallows.
