Best meatloaf I have ever made. Did make a few changes. One was to squeeze out excess milk from the bread (was still very moist) and the other was to add 2 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce to the mix. I topped mine with just ketchup and Worcestershire. Yummy!!!

Amazing meatloaf... As many have said, we have many picky eaters in our family. The kids hate onions so I omitted them from the loaf and made a mushroom sauce with onion, beef stock, and dry red wine to use for a topping as the 10 year old likes gravy but dislikes anything to do with tomato sauces. I am very pleased with the results and will be trying many variations of this to keep it fresh and different, but the bread, milk and eggs are what really made this loaf hard to resist! Thanks!

This recipe was so easy and scrumptious. I usually use the Lipton Onion soup mix which is out of the word delicious; but I like the fact that this recipe uses more natural ingredients. The cheese gives it an extra tasty twist. Thank you.

I just made this meatloaf recipe for my family. It's absolutely delicious. It's simple to make and it tastes great. I just cooked it at 375°F for about an hour.

This is a super moist and yummy meatloaf. Every time I say we're having meatloaf for dinner my family cringes, moans, and groans. Tonight they all actually got seconds!!! Woo-Hoo! It took no time to prepare as it is quick and easy.
**TIP: Line your loaf pan with slices of bread and it will absorb the fat from the meat and the gunk**

Don't ever be afraid again of serving meatloaf that your family or any guest won't like! Using the milk soaked bread makes all the difference for this INCREDIBLY MOIST meatloaf, yet doesn't fall apart. Turns out great every time. SOOO EASY to make, as well. Served it for some guests and got several requests for the recipe! Once you try it, you will never use your old meatloaf recipe again!!

G-R-E-A-T meatloaf! I am not very skilled in the culinary arts and this was a breeze to make as well. Everyone was raving. This one is a definite keeper.

My very-picky-about-food mother-in-law actually switched her meatloaf recipe to this one after I made it for her. Can there be a higher compliment?

Haven't tried this yet, but I make something similar. Try adding 2-3 tbs. brown sugar. It is better mixed in than on top of the loaf IMO. Gives the meat a whole different dimension. Keep the sauce on the top too if you'd like.

In this instance, 'less is more'! Finally a recipe like we made in the 40's & 50's, when the flavor of the meat wasn't covered up with gobs of spices and other additions. On occasion, I might put a little chopt bell pepper, but only if I am serving a non-picky eater. Thank you!

I've made many meatloaves in my life, but they always tasted like big hamburgers. Since my husband loves meatloaf, I've just kept trying new recipes. THIS ONE IS AWESOME. Moist, flavorful, and the sauce is wonderful. Made great sandwiches for the next two days.

Hi ~ My family loves MY meatloaf, but this recipe looks great and I'm about to try it! I usually don't add cheese to mine, so what kind of shredded cheese is recommended? Thanks!
