BROCCOLI AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. Success rice
2 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. chopped broccoli, frozen
8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded

Cook rice according to direction on package and cool. Saute chopped onion in butter. Combine rice and onion with frozen chopped broccoli, mushroom soup and shredded cheese. Mix together in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. You can top it with extra cheese.
