BROCCOLI AND HAM CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked rice (can be 1/2 white and 1/2 brown)
1 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz or 8 oz. grated cheese
1 c. cream of chicken soup
2 c. chopped ham
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped celery

Saute onions and celery in butter. Add soup, ham, rice, broccoli, cheese, and chestnuts. Turn into buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with bread crumb topping.

TOPPING:

1/4 c. cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. bread crumbs

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Yield 4-6 servings.
