CHICKEN BROCCOLI AND WILD RICE
CASSEROLE
 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain rice
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 c. cubed chicken, ham or turkey, cooked
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 can water chestnuts, drained & sliced
1 c. shredded extra sharp Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook broccoli and rice. Spread rice in 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover with broccoli, meat, mushrooms, water chestnuts and Cheddar cheese.

Blend the soup, mayonnaise, mustard and curry together and spoon over the other ingredients. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Good company dish, with salad. Serves 8.
