BROCCOLI CHICKEN AND RICE
CASSEROLE
 
1 fryer, boiled and deboned
1 1/2 to 2 c. chicken stock
4 c. cooked rice
1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 env. dry onion soup

Dissolve onion soup in chicken stock. Mix in all other ingredients, put in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Onions, bell pepper or celery may be added. Cook these in 1 stick of butter until limp, then add.
