FRUIT SALAD 
3 lg. apples, peeled, cut in pieces
1 lg. can chunk pineapple, drained, save juice
1 can mandarin oranges
2 kiwi fruit, cut in pieces
Grapes, red & green

Layer fruit with sauce.

SAUCE:

1 lg. pkg. vanilla pudding (instant)
4 tbsp. dry Tang
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. pineapple juice

Mix sauce well, pour over layered fruit, let stand overnight.
