CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3-4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1 stick butter, melted
2 c. chicken broth

Boil chicken until tender; debone. Mix melted butter with stuffing mix. Place 1/2 crumbs in sprayed 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Put 1/2 cheese over crumbs. Place cut up chicken over cheese. Mix 1/2 broth with soups; pour over chicken. Put remaining crumbs and cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
