ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. hamburger meat, browned
1 chopped onion, to meat
1 can refried beans
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
1 c. water
1 pt. sour cream
4 tbsp. salsa
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (4 oz.) can chilies, chopped
1 1/2 Brick's grated Mozzarella cheese
1 can chopped olives
15 flour tortillas

Cook meat and onion. Add beans, taco seasoning and water. Mix together and set aside. Mix sour cream, salsa, soup, chilies together in large bowl. Place 15 flour tortillas on counter. Divide meat mixture into them, then place 1 tablespoon of sour cream mixture on each. Sprinkle with a little cheese and olives. Roll and place in a single layer in 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread with remaining sour cream mixture - top with the rest of the Mozzarella cheese and olives. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
