BROCCOLI-CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 bag frozen broccoli, cooked
2-3 chicken breasts, cooked and deboned
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/3 c. Mozzarella cheese

Heat milk, cornstarch and bouillon on stove until thickened. Add cheese and stir until melted. Layer broccoli and chicken in casserole. Pour cheese mixture over top. Can serve immediately or make ahead and heat for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
