FRUIT LUNCHEON SALAD 
1 head Boston lettuce
1 1/2 (16 oz.) pkg. cottage cheese (about 3 c.)
1 sm. can pineapple chunks
1 cantaloupe, cut into balls
1 pt. strawberries
2 oranges, sectioned

Line large salad bowl with lettuce; spoon cabbage cheese into center of lettuce; arrange pineapple, melon, strawberries and oranges around cottage cheese; chill. Top with dressing below:

CREAMY GINGER CHEESE DRESSING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. ginger

Combine all ingredients and mix at medium speed until blended. Makes about 1 1/3 cups dressing.
