MAIN DISH LUNCHEON SALAD 
1 bag spinach
1 can chow mein noodles
1 can bean sprouts, drained
4 hard cooked eggs, sliced
1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp, crumbled
1 box raw fresh mushrooms (opt.)

Toss ingredients and serve with Sweet Sour Dressing.

SWEET SOUR SALAD DRESSING:

1/3 c. white or wine vinegar
1 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 sm. onion, diced

Blend ingredients in blender.
