LAYERED LUNCHEON SALAD | |
1 qt. lettuce, sliced 1/2 c. celery, sliced 1/2 c. onion, sliced 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, cooked & drained 2 c. cooked chicken, diced 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded 8 slices bacon, fried, crumbled In a 13 x 9 inch pan layer all ingredients in order listed. Cover with foil or plastic wrap and chill at least 8 hours. Cut into squares to serve 12. |
