EXOTIC LUNCHEON SALAD 
2 qt. cut-up chicken
3 c. sliced celery
2 lbs. seedless grapes
2/3 c. slivered almonds
1 1/2 lbs. spinach noodles

Combine all ingredients.

DRESSING:

3 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder

Combine and mix with salad. Chill several hours. Garnish with pineapple chunks. Serves 12.
