1 c. flour
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
3 1/2 c. milk
3 sm. pkgs. chocolate pudding mix
1 tsp. vanilla
Cool Whip

Mix flour, butter, and nuts. Place in a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned. Cool. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and cup of Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Mix milk, pudding mix, and vanilla. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Spread Cool Whip on top. Can add any kind of toppings like nuts or shaved chocolate.
